My ticket never arrived, and the game is today- what should I do?

No problem! Please get in touch with the club you purchased your ticket from, they’ll be able to arrange a reprint with us.

If you're unable to reach them, don’t worry, just head to our Ticket Office when you arrive at Turf Moor. We'll be happy to print a new ticket for you. To help speed things up, please bring along some ID and your booking confirmation if you have it.
