I have not received my tickets for a home fixture, what should I do?

Burnley FC operates as a digital-first club, meaning all home tickets are sent digitally to be downloaded to a smartphone. Here's how to proceed if you haven't received your tickets: 


Check Your Email:

  • Digital tickets are attached to your confirmation email.
  • Look for "Print@Home" tickets in the attachment.
  • If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.


Request Assistance:

  • If you cannot locate the email, contact the ticketing team at 01282 704718. They can resend your tickets or assist further.


Paper Ticket Option:

  • If you do not have access to a smartphone, you can request a paper ticket from the ticket office on the day of the game.
