I’ve forgotten my season ticket – what can I do?

Don’t worry, it happens! You can quickly and easily download your season ticket to your phone by following the steps below:

Head to www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc and log into your account.

Click the Account icon (that little head and shoulders in the top right corner).

Your most recent match tickets will appear—select ‘Manage Tickets’.
Alternatively, go to: View account menu > Ticketing > Manage Tickets.

Choose the game you’re attending.

Once selected, you’ll see four options—tap on ‘Download Tickets’.

Double-check your seat details and email address, then hit ‘Confirm Download’.

You’ll then get an email with your ticket attached.

If you’re on an iPhone, press ‘Add to Apple Wallet’

If you’re on Android, choose ‘Add to Google Wallet’

? Please note: Once your ticket is downloaded and emailed, both your physical and digital season card will be deactivated for that match. You also won’t be able to make any more changes to the ticket.

Your mobile ticket will now be ready to scan at the turnstile, easy as that! Enjoy the game!

Need a paper ticket instead? You can collect one from the ticket office, but just so you know, there’s a £5 charge on matchdays, so we recommend downloading to your phone if you can
