I think I paid too much for my ticket – what should I do?

 
 If you didn’t buy your ticket through our official site, there’s a chance it might not be valid for the game – and we want to help you get things sorted. 


Please send us as much detail as you can (where you bought it, how much you paid, and a copy or photo of the ticket) to ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
