I’ve lost or damaged my season ticket – what should I do?

No worries! If your season ticket card is lost, damaged, or just looking a bit tired, we can sort out a replacement for youYou can request a new one by giving our ticket office a call on 01282 74718 or popping into the store during our opening hours.  


On a matchday: 
We're unable to print season cards on matchdays, but we can issue you a paper ticket for the game, so you don’t miss out. You can also download a digital version to your phone for quick access. We’ll then ask you to collect your reprinted card during the following week. 

On a non-matchday (by phone): 
 We’ll print your replacement card and either hold it for collection on matchday or post it out to your home—whichever works best for you. 

In-store on a non-matchday: 
 Pop in, and we’ll print a new card for you there and then. 

Important: As soon as we reprint your season card, the old one will be cancelled and won’t work anymore.
