The recipient didn’t receive the ticket I sent, what should I do?

  • First, ask them to check their junk or spam folder just in case the email landed there.
  • Make sure the ticket was forwarded to the correct email address.
  • You can log into your ticketing account at  eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc, go to manage tickets, and check the status of the forwarded ticket 
  • If needed, you can cancel the forward and send it again
