I haven’t received my tickets — what should I do?
1. Check Your Email:
- Your digital tickets are attached to your confirmation email.
- Look for the "Print at Home" tickets in the attachments.
- Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder just in case!
2. Still can’t find them?
Give our ticketing team a call on 01282 704718. We’ll be happy to resend your tickets or help you get sorted.
3. Need a paper ticket instead?
If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you can collect a paper ticket from the ticket office on matchday.
