I haven’t received my tickets — what should I do?

1. Check Your Email:

Your digital tickets are attached to your confirmation email.

Look for the "Print at Home" tickets in the attachments.

Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder just in case!

2. Still can’t find them?

Give our ticketing team a call on 01282 704718. We’ll be happy to resend your tickets or help you get sorted.

3. Need a paper ticket instead?

If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you can collect a paper ticket from the ticket office on matchday.
