I'm a Season Ticket holder and cannot attend a match, how do I forward my ticket?

Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend a fixture are able to forward their ticket to their friends or family to attend. Below is a step-by-step guide showing you how to forward tickets.  

Please note, ticket forwarding will be available approximately five working days prior to the relevant fixture, up until three hours before kick-off. 

How To Forward Your Ticket(s) Step-By-Step Guide 


1. Click the profile button in the top right corner of https://www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc

When there is an action that can be taken, for example ticket forwarding has been enabled, the red dot will appear on the profile button.  

2. Click 'View Account Menu' > 'Ticketing' > 'Manage Tickets'. This section will show how many tickets you manage from your account.  

3. You will see fixture(s) that are available for you to manage tickets for.

Click on the relevant fixture. 


4. This will then display the ticket(s) that you are able to forward for this fixture.

Click the tick box of the relevant ticket(s) in order to select them.                                                    

You can select multiple tickets at this stage.   


5. Once you have selected your ticket(s), click 'forward to friend'.


6. You'll then be presented with two options on how you would like to choose the recipient of your ticket(s).  

Steps Six A and Six B outline your options at this stage.  


6A. If you want to forward the ticket(s) to someone who is already in your network, use the 'search your network' drop down list. 

This will allow you to select their name from the list provided, you can also search for their name within the search bar.

Supporters must already be added to your network for their name to appear in this list and search bar.

6B. If the recipient isn't already in your network and you would like to add them, you can enter their Clarets Number and surname from the 'search outside of your network' drop down.

They will then receive an email with a link to their profile section, this is where they can accept you into their network. Guidance on how to add someone to your Friends & Family Network can be found here.

Unsure of someone's Clarets Number? Please note you can only share your ticket(s) with someone already in your network or if you know their Clarets Number.

If they have an existing Clarets number, their number can be found by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner. 

This tab will then open, displaying the number next to their name.  

Don't have a Clarets Number? Supporters without a Claret Number will need to set up a Claret account in order to receive one. 

7. Once you have selected the ticket recipient, click 'add to basket' if you would like to manage another ticket.

OR 

If you're ready to checkout, click 'review order' and proceed to Step 11. 

8. The ticket(s) will then be added to your basket, ready for you to checkout. Your ticket will be held in your basket for 25 minutes. 


If you have not checked out by this point, the ticket(s) will be returned to your wallet. 



9. To view your basket, click the basket icon in the top right corner.  



10. This will then show you the ticket(s) that are currently in your basket and awaiting confirmation to be forwarded. 


At this stage, please check that all of the details are correct. 


Then, click 'proceed to checkout'. 


11. Please review all details of your order. 

Before proceeding, please read the Terms & Conditions, then tick the box acknowledging you have done so. 

Then click 'complete purchase'. 

12. Your ticket(s) has now been forwarded to the recipient. 



Please remember that the recipient must accept the ticket in order for them to be able to use it.
