Supporters are reminded to ensure their Burnley FC ticketing account has a valid email address.
Tickets cannot be resent to an alternative email address once issued.

AFC Bournemouth has advised that supporters sitting in Block 21 should enter the stadium through Turnstile F with all visiting supporters. Your digital ticket may note Turnstile E, but you will be required to enter through Turnstile F.”

• Each ticket can only be downloaded to one device

• Once added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it cannot be added to another device

• Burnley FC cannot unlock or reissue tickets once they have been downloaded

How to Download Your Ticket

1. Click the link below to access your AFC Bournemouth digital ticket

2. Download the ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

3. Entry to the stadium will be via QR code

 Please ensure you download your ticket immediately after clicking the link.

After Downloading

• Once the ticket is in your phone wallet, it cannot be transferred

• The ticket will be used directly from your wallet at the turnstile
