My ticket has arrived damaged — can I still use it?

If your ticket is missing a barcode, has a damaged barcode, or is completely ripped, please contact the ticket office as soon as possible. We’ll coordinate with the away club to get a replacement ticket printed for you. 

If this happens on matchday, you’ll need to visit the away club’s ticket office to arrange a new ticket.
