Will I get a digital ticket if I buy online or over the phone?
Ticket Information
- All tickets this season will be digital and will be sent approximately 7 days before the fixture date to the email address linked to your Clarets number.
- We strongly recommend downloading your ticket before travelling to Turf Moor, as mobile signal can be unreliable at the stadium.
If you don’t have a smartphone:
- A paper ticket can be collected from the Ticket Office on matchday.
- Please note: a £5 charge may apply.
Away Fixtures:
- The majority of clubs use digital tickets only. These will be issued at the discretion of the home club, usually during the week of the fixture.
- Some clubs still provide paper tickets. Where this applies, tickets will be sent to supporters by post.
