Downloading Season Tickets, Match Tickets and Memberships.
Supporters can now access their digital tickets through their ticketing account, along side the Burnley FC app.
- Log in to your Burnley FC Ticketing Account
- Navigate to View Account
- Select Ticketing
- Choose Digital Passes
- You will not see a single Season Ticket pass.
- Instead, you will see your Season Ticket displayed as individual fixtures.
- You can view the digital ticket for each game and add it to your phone wallet if you wish.
The barcode for Season Ticket holders remains the same for every fixture included within your season entitlement.
Once you have added the ticket to your mobile wallet, you can continue to use the same wallet pass for each home game.
Once you have logged in to your Ticketing account follow these simple steps.
1. Locate the head and shoulders icon in the top right hand corner of your screen
2. At the bottom of your screen you should now see 'View Account Menu' Please click this.
3. Once you have selected this, 2 options should show. Please select 'Ticketing'
4. The above menu should show, please select the bottom option 'Digital Passes'
For season ticket holders, the page should look similar to the above. A pass should be available for each individual fixture.
For single match ticket holders, it will show games you have purchased tickets for.
5. Once you are ready to access your ticket, select show details. This will now show the ticket details.
6. Please now select ' View Ticket'
7. Your match pass should now look like the below:
8. Once you are ready, you can now add the ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet.
