Manchester City Digital Away Tickets
Digital away tickets for our Trip to Manchester City will be sent to each individual supporter's registered email address on Wednesday 24th September
Supporters are advised to ensure that a valid email address is attached to their account.
Please note that all tickets have a download restriction of 2. Each click of the ‘Download’ or ‘Add to Google Wallet’ button counts as one download. If supporters exceed this limit, you will see a 'Pass Download Locked' page. To rectify this, you must visit the South Box Office at the Etihad Stadium with their name and photo ID.
Download to an Apple or Google device
- A new page will open, showing two options - download to your Apple Wallet (if you have an iPhone) or Google Wallet (if you have an Android phone).
- Choose the correct option for your phone.
Troubleshooting
"Pass Download Locked": If you see this message, you must visit the South Box Office at the Etihad Stadium on match day with your name and photo ID.
