I currently pay by Direct Debit; will my Season Ticket Auto-Renew?

Season Ticket holders that currently pay by Direct Debit will renew on Tuesday 14th April, when a booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Supporters choosing to pay by Direct Debit should note a £6 administration fee per Season Ticket, which reflects the additional costs associated with managing instalment payments over the season.

How can I check my Auto Renew status?

Step 1.  

Log onto your account here. 

Step 2. 

Having logged in, click on the account icon and head to your account history by selecting view account menu > ticketing > Season ticket auto-renewal status  

Step 3.  

Here you will be able to see all your current direct debit status and price, incluidng your account balance. In this section you can update your bank details and opt in or out of renewal. 

If your account shows no suscription then you will need to rebook your season ticket before the deadline and your ticket will NOT auto renew
