How do I replace a lost or damaged Season Ticket card?
If your season ticket card is lost, damaged, or worn, you can request a replacement by visiting the ticket office.
Replacement Process.
Visit the Ticket Office: Replacement cards can be issued the same day if requested during regular office hours.
Matchday Requests: The ticket office cannot print season ticket cards on matchdays. We advise using your digital season card. If this is not possible, you may be issued a paper ticket for the match and ask that you collect your reprinted card during the week.
