How do I download my season ticket for one game?

You can easily download your season ticket to your phone by following these steps:

Log in to your account at www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc.
Click the Account icon (the head and shoulders) in the top right corner
Your most recent tickets will be shown. Select ‘Manage Tickets’ — or go to View Account > Ticketing > Manage Tickets.
You’ll see a list of games available to manage. Choose the game you want to download your ticket for.
After selecting your ticket, you’ll see four options. Click ‘Download Tickets’.
Check that your seat details and email address are correct, then confirm the download
You’ll receive an email with your ticket attached.
Tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ if you have an iPhone, or ‘Add to Google Wallet’ if you use Android.

Please note: Once your ticket is downloaded and emailed, both your physical and digital season tickets will become inactive, and you won’t be able to make any further changes to those tickets.

Your ticket will now be ready on your phone to scan at the turnstile. Enjoy the game!
