How to Download Your Tickets as a PDF

Eligibility: Only available for matches linked to your season ticket or those of your friends & family.
Important: Once downloaded, your physical and digital season tickets will be deactivated for that fixture. You cannot list the ticket on the exchange after downloading.

Steps to Download Your Ticket:

Log in to your online ticketing account.
Navigate to the "My Tickets" section.
Select the match you want to download the ticket for.
Click on "Download Ticket" (this option will only appear if eligible).
Confirm the download – the ticket will be sent via email as a PDF.
Check your inbox (including spam/junk) for the email and print or save your ticket.

STEP 1

• Log onto your account at www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc

• Having logged in, click on the Account icon.

STEP 3

• Your most recent event tickets will be displayed. Select 'Manage Tickets.' Or alternatively, View account menu > ticketing > manage tickets

STEP 4

• The games available for management will be displayed. Select the desired game to manage tickets.

STEP 5

• The Manage Tickets screen will be displayed. Information detailing the available features will be displayed. Tick the box next to the ticket you want to download and click “DOWNLOAD TICKETS.”  Note: Please verify that you correctly select the ticket with the desired BLOCK, ROW, and SEAT before downloading. You can only download season tickets, not purchased match tickets.

STEP 6

• "DOWNLOAD TICKETS" should be displayed. You will see your email address and the option to update your details. Confirm download. Please note, once the tickets are downloaded and emailed to you, both your physical and digital season ticket will become inactive. You will also be unable to perform further actions on these tickets.

STEP 7

• Once you have confirmed you will receive your downloaded ticket via email from ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com

STEP 8

• Having downloaded your ticket(s), you can now share it with your friends and family.
