How do I download my Season or Premium seat ticket?

Please note, ticket download only allows season ticket holders to download tickets for matches associated to their, and their friends' and family season ticket(s). 

Once the tickets are downloaded and emailed to you, your physical season ticket will become inactive for this fixture. You will also be unable to perform further actions on these tickets (e.g. list on ticket exchange).

Log onto your account at here.

When there is an action that can be taken, for example ticket forwarding has been enabled, the red dot will appear on the profile button. 


 Having logged in, click on the Account icon. 


-  Your most recent event tickets will be displayed. Select 'Manage Tickets.' Or alternatively, View account menu > ticketing > manage tickets.


The games available for management will be displayed. Select the desired game to manage tickets.


The Manage Tickets screen will be displayed. Information detailing the available features will be displayed. Tick the box next to the ticket you want to download and click “DOWNLOAD TICKETS.”  

Note: Please verify that you correctly select the ticket with the desired BLOCK, ROW, and SEAT before downloading. You can only download season tickets, not purchased match tickets.


"DOWNLOAD TICKETS" should be displayed. You will see your email address and the option to update your details. Confirm download. 


Note: Once the tickets are downloaded and emailed to you, both your physical and digital season ticket will become inactive. You will also be unable to perform further actions on these tickets. 


Once you have confirmed you will receive your downloaded ticket via email from [email protected]. 


- Having downloaded your ticket(s), you can now share it with your friends and family as required.
