How do I purchase tickets online?

To purchase tickets online via our Online Ticketing Site you must first create a Clarets Account.  

 

It's free to register for a Clarets Account, and this can be done by clicking here. 

 

Upon creating a Clarets Account, you will be allocated a unique Clarets number which will be a reference point for your booking history, and loyalty points. 

 

Once you are signed in, you can browse the games that are currently on sale and select seats for any game you wish to attend by choosing them from the seating plan or by choosing to select the best seats in your chosen area. 

 

How to access your existing Clarets account, or create a new one  
If you’ve ever had a Clarets account used to access Clarets+, our ticketing sites, Club Shop or app, all you need to do is:  
Click on ‘Login / Sign up’ on burnleyfootballclubc.com or download the official Burnley FC app and click on your profile.  
If it’s your first time on the new site or app, use your existing email but please reset your password.
If you’ve been on the new site or app previously, login with your details.
 
Never had a Clarets+ account?  
Click on ‘Login / Sign up’ on burnleyfootballclub.com or download the official Burnley FC app and click on your profile.
Click ‘Create an account’ and complete the simple steps.
  
How to link your ticketing account (Clarets Number)  
To view your tickets, access Membership benefits, and view your Loyalty Points, your online Burnley FC account must be linked to your ticketing account.  
To do this is simple - all you need is your ‘Clarets Number’. This can be found on your season ticket or any match ticket purchased.  
This number is unique to you and will have been provided to you if you’ve ever bought anything from our box office, like a Season Ticket, Membership, or ticket.  
Following the launch of our new ticketing website in July 2024, all your details were carried over automatically.
If you are yet to link your account, please visit our ticketing site here where you login using your registered email address and link your claret number.   
If you haven’t already got a Client Reference Number, one will be automatically assigned to your account when you log in to the new ticket website.
