Burnley FC offers three main methods for accessing match tickets:

Digital 

• Apple/Google Wallet
• Burnley FC App

Physical

• Physical Season Cards will be sent to all supporters ahead of the season (except those in the Barnfield Construction Stand)

Ticket Access Options

Apple/Google Wallet

• Season ticket holders receive an email with a download link

• Press the download link on the email to add a digital season card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet 

• The will download the ticket your phone which can then accessed offline

• We advise doing this before you arrive at Turf Moor as you need internet access to download the ticket.

Burnley FC App

• Download the Official Burnley FC App through the App Store or Google Play

• Log in to your Burnley FC single sign on account

• Once logged in please head to your Ticket Wallet where your ticket will appear (please note QR codes will only appear two hours before kick off)

Physical Season Card

• Sent to most season ticket holders via post ahead of the season

• Barnfield Stand holders do not receive physical cards but may request one at the ticket office

Devices & Compatibility

Apple Devices

• Supported: Face ID and Touch ID models (excluding iPhone 5S)

• OS: iOS 16.1+

• Apple Watch: All models compatible

Android Devices

• Supported: All devices from 2015 onwards

• Google Wallet must be installed
