Why are the seating arrangements in the Barnfield changing?
Due to the recently announced stadium enhancements, we’ve made changes to the seating layout to improve the overall matchday experience. The changes aim to improve the atmosphere (through the moving of the players tunnel) and matchday experience (through new bars and food kiosks).
Our promotion to the Premier League has allowed us to accelerate these plans and the first phase of the roll-out, which is subject to an ongoing planning approval process, will be in place for our opening Premier League home fixture of the campaign against Sunderland, and is being delivered early to minimise disruption once the season is underway.
