Why don't supporters in the UK get the same access as international supporters?

The EFL is committed to UEFA Article 48 (Blocked Hours) which prohibits the streaming of any match in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, between the hours of 2:45pm - 5:15pm on Saturday afternoons.

This agreement has been in place for a long period of time with the primary objective to drive and protect live attendances.

Following the latest broadcast agreement with Sky Sports, any matches that are being played outside of these hours and are not being shown live on a Sky Sports main channel, will be made available through Sky Sports+, which can be accessed through a current Sky Q or Sky Glass subscription, or via a NOWTV Day or Weekly Pass.
