Can I show Clarets+ in a pub or bar?
No. Clarets+ subscriptions and single-match passes are licensed for private, personal use only, as set out in the Terms. Showing streams in a pub, bar, club, restaurant, hotel, workplace, or any other commercial or public premises is a breach of the Terms and of the underlying broadcast licence.
Commercial venues need a separate licensed feed from an authorised commercial broadcaster. The EFL actively monitors commercial premises for unauthorised broadcasts.
