What if fixtures are not available during my subscription?
Which matches are streamed on Clarets+ is set by the EFL and its broadcast partners, and it changes through the season. An annual pass does not guarantee a specific number of fixtures - it gives you access to every match that is cleared for Clarets+ broadcast in your territory during the season.
Two scenarios to be aware of:
- Fixtures are rescheduled, or a match is selected by your domestic broadcaster - this can reduce the
number of matches available in your territory. This does not normally trigger a refund, because availability
reflects the rights environment rather than a failure on our side.
- We withdraw Clarets+ from your country entirely - if we stop offering the service in your country of
residence during a Service Period you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your Fee on a
pro-rata basis.
