My stream keeps buffering
Live streaming is sensitive to available bandwidth. The recommended minimum connection speed is 5mbps. If the stream stalls, pauses, or drops in quality:
- Run a speed test on the device you are watching on.
- Pause downloads, other streaming services, and game-console updates on the same network.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection where possible - Wi-Fi performance drops with distance from the router and in congested households.
- Restart the router if you have not done so in several days.
- Close other tabs and applications that may be competing for bandwidth or CPU.
