What happens if my Direct Debit payment doesn’t go through?

If we can’t collect your payment for any reason, we’ll automatically try again in 5 working days. 

If the second attempt also fails, we’ll get in touch with you directly to arrange payment. Please note there will be a £5 admin fee added to your monthly payment, and your Season Ticket will be placed on hold until everything is settled.
