I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
When you subscribe to Clarets+ you choose to start using the service straight away. Under the Terms of Service you accepted at sign-up, taking immediate access means you waive the 14-day cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to distance-sold digital services. Fees are therefore not refundable on a change-of-mind basis.
