What happens if my Clarets Store order is delivered when I'm out?

Unless you have specified a safe place or next door neighbour to deliver to, you will be left a card by Royal Mail with details of who to ring or the address of your local depot where you should be able to collect your order from at the specified time on the card.

Please Note:

Please note you will need to take proof of ID and the card when collecting from Royal Mail.
If you have placed and order for Next Day Delivery, someone MUST be in to sign for your item or it will not be left, or put in a safe place. Please bear this in mind when using this service.
