What devices and browsers are supported?
Supported platforms:
- Desktop and laptop: current versions of Windows and macOS running Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Opera. Your browser must support HTML5 video and must be kept up to date.
- Mobile: iOS devices running at least iOS 17, Android devices running at least version 10.
- Tablet: recent iPads and Android tablets meeting the same OS minimums as above.
Older browsers, beta builds, and embedded browsers (for example, inside another app) are not supported and may not play content at all. If you are unsure whether your setup will work, a current desktop browser is the most reliable baseline.
