A loyalty points system is in place to determine which supporters gain access to tickets for away matches and certain high-demand home games.

Earning Loyalty Points

• Season Ticket: 350 points (credited immediately upon purchase, provided payments are up to date).
• Away Fixture: 20 points per ticket.
• Home Fixture: 10 points per ticket.

Note: If multiple tickets are purchased under one account, only one ticket per match will earn points.

Loyalty Points Validity

• Points remain valid for five seasons, rewarding fans who consistently attend Burnley FC games over an extended period.

Point Allocation

• Points are added to your account automatically.
• Season Tickets: 350 points are added to your account immediately upon purchase and remain valid as long as payments are up to date.
• Single-game Home and Away Tickets: Points are added after the respective match has taken place.
